Bumble-bee cows

We cycled a 16mile round trip to our Chinese class in the rain - past Lux Farm and my very favourite cows. Belted Galloways are a plushy stripey monochrome cow version of a bumble-bee.

And at the moment they have plushy, stripey, monochrome bumble-bee calves with them too.

This is the only picture whch wasn't spoiled by raindrops on the lens - but I love the light you get when there's a little sun shining through thick grey cloud!
