Bean Sprouts

Dear Heart,
The strangest night's sleep. I lay awake all night, tossing and turning, until finally, at 7 a.m. I decided to go for a swim. After forgetting my goggles and blinding myself with suspiciously warm water, I completed about 4 lengths before staggering into the showers. Then I collapsed into bed and slept for the rest of the day!
This evening was wonderful, though: Siân brought me Kama Lounge noodles and I scoffed the whole box, gurgling like a happy baby.
