N. is for Numpty

Numpty is the name of my daughter's black cat. The word is frequently used to describe someone who is a wee bit silly, foolish or simply "short of the full shilling". This cat loves to jump in the bath after it has been used to catch any remaining drips from the tap!

A long day, which actually worked in my favour. Due to bad weather the ship was delayed coming in to Southampton by 10 hours and as we were only one hour away, I was able to spend more time with the family.
Eventually we were able to board the ship at 10.30pm, grab a quick supper and after a quick look round settle to sleep. Apparently the ship eventually set sail at 2.30 am!

Rather a stormy night and following morning has left me spending time in the cabin. Force 9 gales! It is set to improve.
