Meet Layla

One of our new Chickens, she is a Cambridge Blue and rather lovely...

I have to confess I was a little stuck for a blip this evening, I was playing with the video on my camera and took a few shots whilst I was at it. Video from a DSLR is a bit of a revelation for me, lightroom 4 has some limited editing as well so something to play with.

The rain stopped and the builders came back, we now have the start of a roof which will hopefully be finished this week, depends of course on the rain which we are supposed to have much more of tonight.....
