the sky on fire

Clement texted me in the middle of cooking my dinner that if I wanted a good blip the sun set over the bridge was stunning. Of course I didn't quite make it, in time (but really, his picture is stunning!) but felt I had to make a valiant effort.

I'm too much of a realist to chase after the sunset, but I stopped at the edge of campus and caught the sky burning behind the trees.
