Dickson's Close

Some early green ink followed by a day being told how Microsoft had re-invented the wheel. Slightly useful, but we shall see.

The conference was in a hotel that was built (roughly) in the style of older buildings on the High Street in 1990. It was on the site of the close that my grandmother was born in in 1902. Despite passing the hotel every other day for the last 20 years, today was my first time inside. I was not overwhelmed.
