We are sailing.....

we are sailing......well not quite yet...

It's the weekend of the NHS sailing Regatta down in Port Solent. Ladies and gentlemen of the countries hospital's put down their stethoscopes and scalpels and exchange them for oilies and strong stomachs !

Previous years have seen us bobbing around drinking in the sunshine looking for any sign of wind for our sails........this year was going to be different. We had all seen the weather warnings for the south so went prepared for some proper sailing.....and proper sailing we got !!!!!

We arrive on Thursday night to pick up the boats, load our gear and get the weekends shopping......most important items on the list.......Pimms
and olives of course......we sail in style !!!
