The end....

It's a sad day in my household. After a week in the company of a huge block of Pont l'Evevque, one of France's fine ancient cheeses, my daughter and I have just finished it off. I have to say, it was a real pleasure. My wife, however, will be glad to get her fridge back minus the rather strong smell!
