Post Removal Blues

Moved without hiccup yesterday, though the cat did not return this morning after going out last night. We went over to the old flat to clean it up before handing over the keys and when we returned at 5 there was still no sign of him. Jen was extremely emotional about the whole thing and it rubbed off on me too. He strolled in about 10pm had something to eat and went to sleep, oblivious to the heartache he caused. All in all he was gone less than 24 hrs and in retrospect it was a little foolish to be so upset but I blame it on the emotional stress of moving.
