Mango and Sticky Rice

Visited a favorite Thai restaurant for lunch this afternoon. It's run by a lady who, during the week, has a lunch cart in downtown Denver... and a long line to accompany. Every Saturday she and her husband will open up the shop to cook so patrons can sit down and dine in. They serve my most favorite green curry dish in town along with free Thai iced tea. After all that deliciousness, indulged with some mango and sticky rice. Here they served it with a mix of white and wild rice.
