Still Life with Radishes

Yes those are radishes not beets! I have had one and they are firm and sweet with just the right amount of bite. I have paired them here with spring onions.
The spring onions will be joining oyster mushrooms in my omelette for supper tonight.

It is not yet 10 am and I am feeling pretty good. I may have to go on a bit of an adventure today though I have not decided where. First, I will munch on a few more radishes!
