Champions !

26 years ago, when I was still at University, my home town team won the league for the first time in their 100th year of existence.

Today, Forres Mechanics F.C. are again Highland Football League Champions after a victory over Fraserburgh. Like many exiled 'Forres loons' (loon is the local word for a boy), I made the trip home and now we can party like it was 1986 :-) all over again.
