Bad Photo, Nice Phone

Chris got an iPhone earlier this week and I was a bit jealous, and so he went and bought me one today. White. 

Today Betsy had her final trial for the Great Britain Under 13's Softball team. Little star that she is, she got selected. She'll play in the league this summer Under the GB coaches. 

She had a funny thing this week at school when they were having to take and record their pulses for some project. They were all finding it hard to get their pulses right and when Betsy said what she thought here was, her teacher said, 'that can't be right Betsy, you aren't a GB athlete!'. Betsy said today that she can't wait to go into school on Tuesday and say that she is now!

She has worked and trained hard and I'm so pleased it has worked out for her. She has had a lot of fun and she loves the game and that's what really counts. 

Happy Cinco de Mayo! (I only just found out what that is).
