Dutch history

Today we (that is me, my wife and 2 sons) visited the Zuiderzee Museum in Enkhuizen.

Now knowing exactly what to expect in the museum, we were pleasantly surprised that it was an outdoor-museum, in which we wandered back in time, to around the 1900's.
A complete village was rebuild in which we were shown how the people lived near the Zuiderzee, before it was closed off in 1932 by the Afsluitdijk and became the IJsselmeer . Really nice to see, and interesting for the kids as well.
