Another day ...

... Another river shot

These steps are fenced off now - you can't get to them unless you vault the fence. They are also a long way down the river from the main Liverpool docks. They're a reminder of a time when the river was busy with shipping of all sorts. But I like to think that they would have been used for local deliveries - coal or spuds or whatever - where it was more convenient to use the river rather than having White Van Man carve you up on the way to work.
