Basura of Spain we adore you.

In Spain we have no dustbins,but the streets have basura's on them.They are emptied in the early hours of the morning every day of the year except Christmas Day and Easter Sunday.In the summer you are not supposed to put any thing in them till after 10.00pm.But like most of the rules in Spain people think they are just suggestions.
