Tiny wasp's nest

Found this tiny wasps nest (well we think it's a wasps nest) growing out of some polystyrene in the shed. It probably only measures a few cm across (hence the slightly dubious quality photo) and was obviously either abandoned or the builder "disappeared". Not my favourite of creatures the wasp, but what a beautiful construction.
