Things I have learnt from Robert (cycling)

I was overly confident that i could work out how to loosen the brakes to get the wheel off. After all quick release wheels surely don't need brakes to be attacked with Allen keys. But no; a phone call to Robert was required. So, it made me think of the things I have learnt about cycling from Robert:

1. Get right on the wheel. CLOSER! Right on the wheel.
2. Sit your weight back on the downhills.
3. Take the uphills at your own pace, watch your heart rate and you'll be able to get to the top while others have to give up at midpoint.
4. Rapha gear. Fabulous.
5. These are cantilever brakes. They are "a pain in the a#$?". And it seems that's a technical cycling term.
