Upper Brook Street, Ipswich

This is one of the main streets in Ipswich and I took it because it wasn't raining. My intention was to blip about 'has the rain stopped at last' and all that stuff.

However by the time this photo had registered it absolutely precipitated down on me so perhaps it's my own fault? What do you reckon?
