summer time is upon us here in Michigan.
I'm trying to make the most of every day as it passes.
Taking tons of pictures with my friends and enjoying the company and the freedom we have.

I started running barefoot at my work on the outside track today.
It's gonna help my muscles and help me with my ability to understand how my body works.
