Hillhead subway hidden staircase

Look now as you may not see this again for over a quarter of a century. As the escalators are being refurbished at Hillhead subway I spotted the original staircase peeking through. Last time this was on view must be 1977 and it will soon be hidden away again for another 30+ years or more.
