son #2 has been dying to get sailing lessons since he was about three. Finally, at the age of eight, he's old enough and has been down to Sailporty for the past three weeks on Wednesday nights, getting wet and having a blast.

I had great ride before settling down to work this morning, my old 45 minute blast to Cramond and back. It was lovely and I feel energised.
