...there were a couple of slices of cake left at the end of the day! banana loaf like this one but with added crystallised ginger, to be exact. and rather nice it was too, even if i say so myself. (thanks to craig for being the hand model!)

*still* waiting the final decision that was supposed to be decided by weds. i'm not enjoying this feeling one little bit :-(
