Sale of life

Well heading to Cambridge next week, going on a flash wedding workshop,

Decided to get a bit of extra cash, selling my aid to a healthier life...
I was married last June and I needed to loose a fair bit of the flab to fit into my wedding dress, ordered smaller!! Combination of exercises helped me to loose in total 40lbs, this machine I feel really helped, ESP with the last wee bit off my back, to get that dress shut!
Now I have taken up running and feel the machine has a purpose of a large ornament, which is a pity because I know it's capabilities , so decided to sell it and hope that someone gets even more use out it than I did :-D
