Steinbeck memorial

Went to a rather beatnik Steinbeck memorial up at a Haitian friend's place near Fort Jacques. His place has great art from the Artists de la Resistance and many of his friends are other Haitian artists. They played the movie "Grapes of Wrath" then had music, Steinbeck readings, food, drinks.
