The young lady is not in the foetal position, she is taking a picture from ground level.
No doubt catching the Damien Hirst anatomical figure against the tall chimney of Tate Modern.
Her friend is taking the oppurtunity for a good nose scratch.

If I got into that position (not gonna happen), it would need the fire brigade to unknot me again.
