Nia girls

My friend and Nia instructor, Kathy Oravec and me -- on Siesta Beach in Siesta Key, Florida after Tuesday's class. I spent part of the class time taking a video of Kathy teaching to share what Nia is like on the beach. I edited it and put together a 7 minute video that Kathy can use to promote her classes.
You can view it here. I'm quite pleased with how it came out as I have not made many filmed & edited videos before.

I have been quite busy and realized tonight I have not taken any photos since Tuesday -this entry. Eeep! promise to take my camera out to play tomorrow! In the meantime, two back blips:
