Steam snow-plough preserved at CdF Blonay-Chamby

Stumbled across a wonderful preserved railway in the Vaud above Vevey in Switzerland.

The Chemin de Fer Blonay-Chamby is a metre gauge railway, run by volunteers, that preserves a remarkable collection of steam and electric locomotives, carriages and good vehicles.

You purchase a ticket at Blonay station and then we were steam hauled through torrential rain to the Museum at Chamby, up a steep winding route through the woods, using just adhesion..

Of all the amazing preserved railway and tram-way vehicles here, I choose this ex Berninabahn Rhaetian Railway 0-6--6-0T steam snow-plough from 1912 as the most remarkable.
