Talking Trash

For about three months now I've been helping Fundacion Jocotoco buy plastic and glass bottles for 1 cent each from the kids and families of Las Tunas. The goal is to clean up the beach and town.
Here you see the sign that I made to help begin the conversation about WHY it's so cool to sell bottles. Douglas and his sly smile are showing off the Tres Rs and today's catch.
It's a very fledgling recycling project but we're gonna help feather its wings.
