A couple of smoothies...

I've made it home safely from my trip east and can report that I had a thoroughly good time with my hosts Katie (left) and Cal who can always be relied upon to provide excellent company, conversation, catering and conviviality.

For those of you who requested YouTube footage of our 'band practice' last night I'm afraid that none exists but that's probably for the best...!

We did perform a barnstorming version of this though...

I'm very behind with looking at everyone's journals but will do my best to remedy that over the next couple of days.
