Life through the lens...

By ValC

"Remember Me."

What a joy to wake up this morning with the sun shining and a blackbird singing outside the bedroom window. (Not forgetting my morning tea brought up by MrC!)

It has been a good day for drying the washing, apart from blowing a sheet off the line! There is still a cold wind, but at least it is dry and sunny.

This is one of my favourite hostas, Quite small growing, and a lovely bright colour.
Also a nice name "remember me".
I bought it about two years ago from a wonderful garden in Norfolk , East Ruston Old Vicarage Garden. Home of Alan Gray and Graham Robeson. For anyone who likes gardens this is a must visit!

It is our monthly wine tasting tonight.
The subject is ......" New Zealand, but not just the usual suspects", presented by Majestic Wines. Sounds interesting!

Tomorrow some friends who are over from Spain are coming to lunch, so I won't be able to comment until tomorrow evening.

Enjoy the rest of Monday and have a good Tuesday!
