Champagne Dreams

A sunny day, but mysteriously, it's been raining champagne corks. Not sure what the neighbours are so chuffed about. Closet Man City fans? Or proud locals celebrating Albion's return to their rightful place as the Midlands' top dogs?

Either way, they clearly have a Moet & Chandon in a pretty cabinet.
