Better red...

A couple of months ago, I decided that it would be good for my ludicrously high blood pressure if I could lose about a stone and a half. I've almost got rid of the stone and just have the half to do. So although what I'd really like is a great big hunk of Cheddar with thickly buttered, crusty homemade bread and a generous pile of salted peanuts, I've restricted myself to this for now :-(
