Banjaxed

5am this morning all was fine ..

5:05am things weren't ..

Two steps up the stairs and my back went into spasm. Ouch I thought, that's not going to be good .. sure enough as the day went on I seized up! 

It's not as bad as the honeymoon bad back, thankfully!

Dawn has looked after me all day, as getting around  has been quite literally a pain today. So this evening was an evening of ibuprofen and music DVD's. I thought I would have a bit of vintage Fish and Marillion, to celebrate the last gig of the year. I followed that with a bit of Porcupine Tree, to celebrate the first concert (as it stands at the moment) of 2015, with Steven Wilson!
