and broccoli quiche.

One of the great pleasures of living here (the more cynical would say maybe one of the few great pleasures) is the market. Most weeks it's there on Wednesday Friday and Saturday, and it is still one of the old style markets where you can buy everything from aubergines to zebra onesies.

Recently I've been consciously trying to shop without trekking round and now you can buy 95% of what you want in the market place buy shopping at Aldi and the market. Just like the old days.

On Saturday among other bargains we spotted a bowl of three big heads of broccoli for £1. When you think one head is normally £1 and we actually love broccoli we couldn't resist, so this is just one recipe to use up the swag.
