Sweet treats

I made some truffles using dark chocolate and cream, flavoured with what was left at the bottom of the Southern Comfort bottle. They taste very indulgent! I also experimented with a white chocolate ganache, but got my ratio of cream to chocolate wrong, so I can't use the ganache for  white chocolate truffles as intended. Instead I have made a few wee treats that need to be put into your mouth, straight from the paper case to avoid stickiness - but they taste yummy!
