Good times #2

Been making pizzas from scratch for a couple of years. Mrs Cogs has really got the base down to perfection now, while up on top the sauce/cheese combo has acquired optimal proportions & I've learned to play the oven like a concert violin.
Tonight it's pepperoni, mushroom, onion cherry tomato & jalapeño. Cold Carlow Pale Ale by the side. Dogs banished from the room. Old Big Bang Theory on telly, that somehow I haven't seen before....
