It's a long road

Colleagues are full of the sniffles, coughing and sneezing. These virus's seem to hang around waiting for the opportunity to strike.

Have not been running for over a week now due to pulling a muscle in my back. Decided to go for a walk at lunchtime as my back seems a little easier. It is wonderful to have these grounds to walk or run in so near to the office. Arrived back at office just as a hailstorm arrived.
