Soup in a jiffy: a greener gazpacho

There was probably more cucumber than tomato in this and as I needed to use up a yellow pepper, I added that instead of the traditional red. It tasted good even if the colour was a pale imitation of the full blown recipe. It's virtue was speed: 5 mins from fridge to bowl. Left over garlic crackers completed the meal.
