A day in the life of daylight

Wouldn’t it be amazing to capture a day in the life of daylight? From sunrise to sunset across the world, with all the beautifully diverse light in between.

This weekend daylight will be at its most scarce, so what better time to celebrate the role it plays in our daily lives? For everyone in the Northern Hemisphere, Sunday 21st December is Winter Solstice - the shortest day of the year. A time when light becomes even more precious.

Help us in our quest to capture a full day of daylight together.  Simply take a photograph on Sunday 21st that creatively captures the daylight on that day and tag it ‘loversoflight’.

We’d (really enviously) love to see your Southern Hemisphere daylight too! And we’ll share what you’ve created.
