Today is our Golden Wedding Anniversary 50 years

The Bridesmaids are my cousin Joyce (left) and sister in law Bryony (right) they had red velvet dresses and white velvet muffs. The best man Bob sadly passed away some years ago. We went to Blackpool for our honeymoon and boy was it cold. the bedroom window didn't close properly and there was a heck of a draught blowing under it.
My father in law said we should take a flask of soup with us and mum packed sandwiches pork pie and cakes all in the same bag we ate them even if they were all stuck together. Well 50 years ago we had an old car that didn't do much over 30mph and it was a long journey to Blackpool no M62 in those days you know. 
Today we opened the 50 year old bottle of Dandelion Wine to celebrate, it's matured pretty well.
