Tinsel

Today has been a lovely day for the most part. More struggles over sitting in the highchair at tea time and even more so at lunchtime, but otherwise lovely. Huge huge fun pulling tinsel down from the bookcase repeatedly - covering the living room in sparkly bits and giggles. But a nice trip to the library too, some playing outside, a fab visit to friends in the afternoon, and a nice evening. We're loving Abney and Teal on the telly and bubbles in the kitchen, and climbing on everything in sight (upturned boxes, dining chairs, the mobile bookshelves in the library). Feeling a bit chuffed with myself for managing teatime and bedtime (as well as all day) without Mike - who has gone out to his work christmas do. Rewarded self with curry, cider and a Disney film :) definitely a nice day.
