Pit Stop

Milan.  Ferrari country.  But we were just passing through.

The original route was Amsterdam-Frankfurt-Delhi.

We ended up with Amsterdam-Frankfurt-Milan-Delhi.  Bad weather delayed the plane coming from Frankfurt to pick us up, setting us first 2 hours behind and causing us to miss the Frankfurt-Delhi transfer, which caused a further delay of 9 hours, which led to a long day of 40 hours with hardly a chance to sleep.

Actually, the original detour was through Moscow, something we definitely did NOT look forward to.  We are glad the Moscow-Delhi flight was fully booked.

No matter ... we may be tired but we are in top spirits!

I will not be able to visit and comment on your journals for the next 17 days or so, but I will be leaving stars and hearts whenever the WiFi availability allows it.
