Forest Beef - Longhorn Cattle

Aren't they just beautiful?  Roused ourselves from our sick bed today as had to go up into the Backdowns to collect some Longhorn beef that we had ordered.  Already been postponed once!  Lovely young (well, to us at least) farmer with a fun sense of humour and a great attitude. Looks lovely meat and is now in the freezer.....apart from a piece of steak for our supper.

I'm gradually getting used to the new site and attempting to catch up on some commenting....if I/we could only shift this virus.
