Cajun spiced nuts.

I have made these spicy nuts for my friend who pops in to see Islay with her little boy during the week when I'm at work.

We had some fantastic news today- TAP Portugal finally agreed to pay compensation for our delayed flight ( after the CAA got involved) in August to Lisbon. It is double what we paid for the flights originally! We complained using a template form from Martins Money Tips website. Well worth doing if you have been delayed in the past.

Our friends brought their whippet puppy Hector over this afternoon. Lots of fun and nonsense and now two tired pups....
