The Halfway Bridge

I briefly considered going into Cardiff today and getting some Christmas shopping done. 

But then the sky was so blue and the sun was shining so brightly that I didn't feel like being in all the Black Friday crowds, and just wanted to be out walking. 

This is one of my favourite places on my circuit around our village. It's the point where I turn around and come home, The Halfway Bridge. And I love the way it rises up in the middle and then you feel as if you're running down the other side towards the sheep and fields and hills.
