Peeking Over Dan's Shoulder

Rain or shine, 'ole Dirty Dan sits astride his park bench outside the Colophon Café, and today, there certainly was plenty of rain and no shine in sight. 

It looks like Dan, the unkempt pioneer who originally purchased the tract of land that became what is now the Fairhaven neighborhood of Bellingham, is keeping a close eye on Rich who is walking away in the distance.
