Hawk Watching From the Kitchen

This guy has shown up multiple times over the past two years but the camera has never been in reach.  I was at the kitchen counter when he showed up and the camera was right next to my hand.  Had a chance to get 5 pics and he flew off.  

I wonder if my neighbors would be too upset if I hung a fish from the tree to try and lure him back...
