Ring Out Those Solstice Bells

Winter solstice. The sun was pretty scarce all day but popped out just enough to set this evening, and colour the clouds in the opposite direction. Here they are reflected in a shallow lake near us, not much more than a flooded field really, which attracts lots of ducks and geese. I call it the 'fake lake' , but it's better than no lake at all.
