Shortest day

It certainly felt like it today I never got half the jobs done that I wanted too! It was torrential rain all day and of course my new waterproof jacket has not arrived yet so making do with a very leaky one!! I have managed to get the ceiling painted in the sitting room so one small step closer. The fireplace got its second layer of cement. Managed to make some lebkuchan and some cereal bars this morning.

This is my old dog Cuillin on the stairs looking how I feel! He is just retiring from his sheepdog work in the last couple of months. You can understand why when you see him climbing the stairs!
